The dress is made of black cotton batiste, voile and mesh, and the lining is made of polyester.
The dress has a fine-seam zipper in the middle back and a row of buttons in the middle front, and the dress also has lacing on both sides to provide room for maneuver. The dress is decorated with various trimmings and has a lace appliqué in the back.
